Our tiered discount — clear & fair

At RAU we like to keep it SHARP and simple.
That's why our tiered discount works like this:

• 1 pair → 20% discount

• 2 glasses → 30% discount

• 3 or more → 40% discount

Returning? This is how the discount works

Sometimes a pair of glasses just doesn't fit perfectly, we understand.
If you return (part of) your order, we recalculate the tiered discount based on the number of glasses you do keep.

Your refund will then be automatically adjusted. This way you always pay the right, fair price, no more and no less.

Example:
You order 3 glasses (40% discount), but return 1.
The 2 you keep fall under 30% discount.
We will neatly adjust your refund accordingly.
