When you purchase two pairs of glasses or more you will receive a gift voucher worth €35. If you return one or both pairs of glasses, you will receive a credit for this amount instead of a cash refund. 

Exchange is certainly possible, with this promotion it works slightly differently than normal:
1. ⁠Register your return on the website by logging in with your email.
2. You will receive an email with confirmation and a return label.
3.⁠ ⁠⁠Once we have received your return, you will receive a credit of €35 from us and a confirmation by email.
