The lens of a multifocal glasses is composed of three zones:

Upper part – Without strength, for your normal vision of objects in the distance, such as traffic signs.
Middle zone – A smooth and invisible transition between far and near, for a seamless visual experience.
Lower part – With an added strength of your choice for near vision, such as reading or smartphone use.
